About this mod
Alters the restocking rate of alchemy ingredients at all vendors in the game, including publicans, without any changes to what they stock.

While this does not completely eliminate the possibility of sitting at a merchant and making potions until your skill is maxxed, it make it much more tedious having to 'Wait' multiple times.
This mod makes no changes at all to what is stocked, added no additional ingredients and is not dependent on any other mods. You should notice no difference in any other game mechanic relating to the merchants.
Works best with a fresh game. If you add this to an existing game, you will find any ingredients you have sold to merchants before starting this mod may disappear, but otherwise it will operate just fine. Once you are playing with the mod, ingredients you sell will remain in the inventory of the merchant as per normal.
This mod is entirely Vanilla Friendly, requiring no other alchemy mods or expansions and adds no ingredients.
The scripts within the mod have been constructed with adaptation to change what is stocked in mind, although I have not implemented this feature in this version of the mod.

Ideas for the script came from Random Pals Scripted Alchemy Vendors Restock Re-balance, based on a script by Stuporstar, although I have written my own script to work differently.
NEW VERSION corrects the reported bugs, including the failure of the inventory of merchants to be cleared in locations with more than one merchant. Scripts improved to run faster.
