About this mod
It summons some guards, houses, people, shops and temple(s) to Tel Uvirith and "Uvirith Mora". To get all this you have to accomplish some Quests. This MOD is supposed to give one the feeling of a living, growing village. Though for only a short period of time (and houses ;) ), one (especially those ones who appreciate details) will find this MOD

NOTE:
For specific reason, this mod includes Jason Huck's old Tel_Uvirith.esp. !!! I spoke to Jason, and have his permission to do so. !!! (at the end of this mail you will find the e-mail correspondence between Jason and me.)

Hi, sorry for a Bug with some Paperlanterns. This new Version will fix that. Just replace the older files within your "Datafiles"-directory with those within this new zip.
