About this mod
This player home mod is for characters who join the blades and need somewhere to stay. Caius will give you the key to the old Blades hideout with plenty of room for you to store gear and feel comfortable.

This is my first ever mod and I am happy to finally have it ready. This has mainly been for me to learn the construction set but I also wanted a player home that would give my imperial agent character a nice base of operations. Plenty of space for characters to keep their hoard. Any feedback is welcome. I might provide a darker interior version.

Install:
Place the ESP file in your data files and make sure it is selected in the launcher.
How to access the house:
If you are making a new character, after receiving the package for Caius, you should have a journal entry telling you what to do. Then when you join the blades, speak to Caius and ask him about a place to stay, he will give you the key to the front door.
If you are mid way through a playthrough, as long as you are a member of the Blades, just speak to Caius and he should ask you if you have a place to stay.
Potential conflicts:
Any mod that alters the little island south of Balmora will probably conflict with this.
