Made for the may modathon 2022

Adds The Gray Cowl of Nocturnal to the game that is fully functional and has a unique model and texture. And a quest to discover the identity of The Gray Fox.

The Gray Cowl of Nocturnal:

The Cowl has similar enchantments as from the other Elder Scrolls games. Constant effect Detect Animal 120ft, Feather 200pts, and Fortify Sneak 25pts.

It also gives you two separate bounties and reputations, The Gray Fox starts with a 500 bounty and 50 reputation automatically. And switches to your normal bounty/reputation and back every time you equip/unequip it.

If anyone sees you equip/unequip the Cowl (in view, and they detect you) the two bounties/reputations will be combined into one plus an extra 1000 bounty, and they will no longer switch. From then on you will be known as The Gray Fox.

While wearing the Cowl, or if you are known to be The Gray Fox, NPCs will call you The Gray Fox instead of your normal name.

The Cowl can be worn by beasts races also, even though it is a Light Helmet.

The Cowl cannot be pickpocketed as they do NOT actually have it added to their inventory normally.

The Gray Fox Quest:

The quest is fairly small, but could take some time to complete. It can only be started after joining the thieves guild and talking to a fellow member with a 50+ disposition about the topic "The Gray Fox".

Afterward you need to search for "clues" in shops though out the four main cities of Vvardenfell (Ald-Ruhn, Balmora, Sadrith mora, and Vivec) to figure out The Gray Fox's race and gender to narrow down the possibilities.

After you find those out, The Gray Fox will only admit to it being them if they REALLY like you. If so then they will give you The Gray Cowl of Nocturnal.

The Gray Fox's identity changes with every game, and is picked randomly from a list of 40 thieves guild members though out Vvardenfell.
Some may already be hostile towards you when you see them, but if they die they will have the Cowl in their inventory.
*Certain NPCs were left out of the list, like those that are disabled after other quests*

Just like the identity of The Gray Fox, the shops where you find the "clues" are randomized each game from a list of over 40 different places.
*It is possible that both will be found in the same place, but not very likely*

This way you will never know who The Gray Fox is going to be, or where you will find the clues to their identity from game to game.

The ESP contains no direct cell edits or anything, so it should be compatible with most other mods. It only contains some dialogue, globals, and The Gray Cowl (which is NOT actually added in the game world)
