(Yes, this is blood and faith, Mehrunes Dagon is a god and killing things makes blood! Okay, I understand if this one doesn't count...)
This simple MWSE mod adds an effect to Mehrunes' Razor that gives the wielder a chance to insta-kill the target based on the luck of the wielder, as it has in Oblivion and Skyrim. This is a pure MWSE mod, and so requires MWSE, and won't work on OpenMW, and won't take a plugin slot. It should be able to be installed and uninstalled at any point, too.
