complete overhaul of races and/*or* birthsigns (you choose 1 or both). racial abilities, attributes, skill bonuses, birthsign effects, powers- all changed.

The race changes are as follows:
Each race now has 1 major resistance (50%) and 2 minor resistances (25%)
Each race now has 1 major weakness (50%) and 2 minor weaknesses (25%)
(the weaknesses and resistances are: fire, frost, magicka, normal weapons, poison, and shock; more detail in the table below and images above)
Each race now has a moderate CE ability (see images above for more detail, beast races have 2)
Base attribute values are higher (50 instead of 40)
Each race has a 30+,20+,10+,-30,-20,-10 to six respective attributes (as high as 80 or as low as 20, table below for more detail)
Each race now has a 25,15,10,10,5,5,5 bonus to 7 respective skills (images above for more detail)
Intelligence is now the sole deciding factor in amount of magicka (each race has 1.0x bonus to magicka, no birthsign bonuses if you use the esp)
Paralyze now only works half the time (each race has 50% resistance to paralyze)
The birthsign changes are as follows:
Each sign now has its own CE buff and debuff, these range from small but noticeable to completely game changing.
Each sign now has 2 daily powers (one on touch and one on self)
Each sign now has a +5 bonus and -5 debuff to 2 respective attributes and 2 respective skills (with the race esp skills can start as low as 0 or as high as 70, and attributes can start as high as 95 or as low as 15, however this is uncommon and if it does happen will only effect 1 attribute and/or skill)
