About this mod

This plug-in turns the Twin Lamps abolitionist faction into a faction similar to the others in the game, with 15-20 quests. Many of the quests have multiple solutions, and there is a branching storyline where you get to guide the overall strategy of the Twin Lamps.

Note: I am not the original author of this mod. However, I noticed the only existing links were reuploads not from Brother Juniper himself, so I decided this mod needed to be on the Nexus as well, for longevity and to expose it to a new generation of Morrowind modders. DP on this mod goes towards the MMC premium fund, and not to me. If you are BrotherJuniper and want this file removed, please contact me.

The v0.9 file 100% needs to be cleaned. I have uploaded these files unchanged from the way they were uploaded, though I may make some fixes and clean the plugins if I find the time.
Brother Juniper's Twin Lamps
v0.9 Readme:
VERSION 0.9 Notes
-Add an option to choose the overall strategy of the Twin Lamps
-Depending how you count, 5-10 new quests.  Bitterblade's quest progression
is finished, Jarodan's is half done and Im-Kilaya's is not done.  I *highly*
reccomend choosing Bitterblade's strategy.
-Things change in the world based on your actions.  In one quest, you can
incite a slave revolt.
-House Dres makes an appearance, depending on what you do.
-More stuff in general. Some old stuff was polished, some new stuff still needs
polish.
-Ree-Jah quest was made non-mandatory because it's better that way.

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PLAYED PREVIOUS VERSIONS
-Some characters may have doubled.  Roleplay it as a hallucination.
-If you talk to Jarodan at the Lucky Lockup, Bitterblade will move to
the Twin Lamps new base, Stendarr's Retreat Inn.  Jarodan will appear
in both locations.
-After you recruit him, Nagera Salvu stays where he is.  This is fixed in
the new version,  but not retroactively.
-When you get a chance, play it from the beginning with the new version.

KNOWN ISSUES
-If you sleep in Stendarr's Retreat Basement, Tiras Bitterblade will be
returned to the Cabin where he starts out.  This will be fixed in the final version.
-On my machine, Sterdecan goes wacky when he's moved to a new town.  Any suggestions?
-The "latest rumors" topics aren't really working the way I want.  If you look at
the topics (near the bottom of the list), maybe you can see what I'm doing wrong.
-I want to add still more dialogue in the farmer's quest.  Dirara Drom will
have her own quest, and some of the folks that don't say anything will say something.
-The slaves in the shipwreck quests aren't disabling properly.  But I'm using an
almost identical script to one that works in another quest. Arrg.
-I actually want Stendarr's to be a paying Inn, but it's not working.  Can
anybody discover what's missing/wrong?

Synopsis: This plug-in begins to flesh out the Twin Lamps faction.
There are several quests, including a quests that I appropriated into the storyline.

*****************************************************************

    1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

*****************************************************************

To install the plugin, unzip the files into the Morrowind/Data Files
directory.

*****************************************************************

    2. PLAYING THE PLUGIN

*****************************************************************

From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and check the box
next to the entertainers.esp file.

If you have acquired the "Twin Lamps" topic, you can start this thread
by talking to Jarodan at Stendarr's Retreat Inn.  Another path is
by stumbling across the shack along the coast south of Hla Olad.

You'll need to free about 15 slaves before you can actually join the
Twin Lamps and get quests from Tiras Bitterblade.

    2. COMMENTS

*****************************************************************

So pretty much all the major quests are here, except for the running around
to heads of great houses trying to get slavery made illegal.  Definitely
needs some polishing, and I already have a big list of little things to
make it cooler, but at some point you have to say enough is enough,
let's see what people think.  I'm really looking for suggestions, and places
to add polish at this point.  One big gap is adjusting people's dispositions,
if you draw a backlash against the Twin Lamps, people should drop their
dispositions, but they don't yet.

I've also tried to make the plugin as CLEAN as possible, but I've started
changing a few things - the Abebaal quest and Caldera ebony mine quest are
both entangled with existing quests, but as far as I can tell everything
works fine.  It's getting too big to beta test all the different scenarios
by my self, which is why I'm releasing it now.

I go from absolutely loving it (esp. Caldera quest, House Dres thing) to thinking
it's crap.

When I next update this plugin, you should be able to pickup right
where you left off.
v1.1 Readme:
This plug-in turns the Twin Lamps abolitionist faction into a faction similar to the others in the game, with 15-20 quests. Many of the quests have multiple solutions, and there is a branching storyline where you get to guide the overall strategy of the Twin Lamps. There are also large battles, mysteries to unravel, and the possibility of actually ending slavery on Vvardenfell. Have fun!
