Removes the "You're out of uniform. Talk to me when you're serious." greeting from legion NPCs and makes the "Where's your uniform?" line happen 90% less often.
The "Where's your uniform?" line won't lower the disposition.

The mod is based on Legion Uniform Apathy mod by mort.
The original mod has a flaw: the "Where's your uniform?" greeting still lowered your disposition by 2.
I removed the disposition hit, and now Imperial Legion finally completely doesn't care about your uniform.
Now the disposition will never be lowered for not wearing the uniform.
Compatible with everything, including OpenMW.
