This is my take on an Ebonheart revamp using Tamriel Rebuilt assets. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but in my humble opinion I think it makes it feel a bit more regal, focus is really on the Grand Council Chambers and Duke's Quarters. I also revamped the Grand Council Tower since it didn't match up with door positioning and it felt lame just to be a spiral tower set, it's still kind of empty so may revisit it at some point.
Credits to the Tamriel Rebuilt team for without their work I couldn't make anything.
