Very nice helmet! I'll rename the mesh and icon to make it a pluginless replacer since I love it so much (the original just looks too dorky). I would offer a pluginless replacer option since I imagine a lot of people would feel the same. I suggest cleaning your ESP since it contains a lot of dirty edits, including the evil GMSTs.
And yes, I just copypasted my comment from your Ebony Frogmouth Helm mod lol. Only thing I would like to see on this one is the Imperial Dragon on the front of the helm, but other than that it is flawless.
Since I don't think your ESP will need to be updated in the future (unless you have other ideas of course), I can send you cleaned up versions if you'd want.
But to answer your question. TESTool will automatically remove identical to master edits, and TESAME lets you delete individual records which you know are dirty.

As far as dirty edits, how would I go about checking for those and cleaning the ESP? I'm not entirely certain what they are, but I will look into it.
