The weapon has been added to leveled lists and has a chance of spawning on certain NPCs, enemies & vendors. If you'd like to spawn it directly in into your inventory, open the console with, ~ (by default) and type, player->AddItem "great club" 1
Fitting for its name, the weapon does significant damage. It hits slightly harder than the Orcish Warhammer, but at the expense of a slower swing speed and greater weight (see below).
