Removes various robes/armors/new clothing from Antares' Privileges and Services

Il Maestro è tornato!

The master is back, and Privileges and Services looks great!

This is a simple patch for those who don't like the team jackets theme going on with the mod, or for those who are using clothing mods like MD's mage robes, Concept Art ordinators, Lucas' integration mods or Wearables Expansion. I'm sure there's more but you get the point.

This also avoids inconsistencies with TR and modded content in general.

Luckily for us, Antares' was careful enough to add everything with a startscript, which means we just need to leave that script empty, save it in a new esp and let it load after Privileges and Services to remove all the new clothing from NPCs.

The patch also reverts the indoril pauldrons to use their standard model: this is just better for compatibility and since the new indoril armors have been removed changing them doesn't make sense anyway.

Lastly, the patch has 2 esp files:

1. P&S -  No team jackets: removes the new clothing from NPCs, but you can still get the robes as they're given to you as you advance
2. P&S -  No team jackets - Dialogue edits: also removes additem commands from dialogue entries, so the new clothing items are completely removed from the game.
Note: this esp needs to be used alongside the first one.

Note: this still keeps the Patriarch Robe and the Head Ordinator Indoril Cuirass as I feel like there's really no drawbacks or compatibility issues with them. The robe has been rebalanced so instead of being OP it simply adds +10 to Intelligence and Personality (the main attributes of the Temple, for simplicity).

Since these are patches and not esp replacers, they should keep working even if Antares decides to update his mod.
