An overhaul of all fire, frost and shock magic sounds, as an attempt to make elemental spellcasting more enjoyable and epic in Morrowind. Involves some of my own foley work! (OpenMW-compatible)

The "shockresist" and "shokT" sounds include my own foley work, which involved shaking around tape measures and then heavily editing the recorded output!

== NIFTY ELEMENTAL MAGIC SOUNDS v1 ==
This overhaul includes 21 sounds, covering 3 categories of magic effects:
elemental damage
elemental shields (plus the regular shield effect for consistency)
elemental resist effects
The OpenMW-compatible SFX mods I was able to find all seemed too modern, inconsistent or too fond of the wacky synth madness so prevalent in vanilla and other early 2000s games. With this, I went for a more organic feel, suggestive of each element, while trying to keep it somewhat old school and consistent between spells.
== INSTALLATION ==
Extract all files to your Data Files directory, and check the included ESP in your load order. The ESP is necessary for resist, shield and fire damage magic to trigger unique SFX. If you’d rather keep the vanilla destruction sound for fire damage spells, pick the optional version.
== COMPATIBILITY ==
These sounds all meet the vanilla engine requirements and should be able to operate anywhere.
Non-elemental spells are unaffected, with the exception of the shield effect, so no conflicts are to be expected with mods targeting other spells.
Compatibility with other audio mods that include a plugin isn’t guaranteed.
