Decorates the ministry of truth, so it looks more like the early development screenshots

The exterior of Baar Dau (or, The Ministry of Truth) always seemed to me so boring and unappealing.
Like if it was abandoned or something.
Well, i added some ropes and scaffolding, so it looks closer to the original "sci-fi fantasy looking floating island/building"
Instalation:
Just place the ESP into the Data Files directory of your Morrowind folder.
Obviously, this mod is incompatible with almost any that alters the outer model of Baar Dau.
One of my first mods ever, so it´s very simple.
In the future, I plan on making versions that are compatible with the other Baar Dau replacers and modifiers.
But no hurry, for now...
