About this mod
Adds more banners for Vivec city.
Inspired by the concept development screenshots.
Adds more banners and velothi signs to the cantons and cannals.

Personally, I have found that Vivec City is a little empty of signs and banners, as it seems that it was thought to be.
This mod gives a more immersive and "busy" look to the ambiance of the city.
Obviously, It's not compatible with mods that alter Vivec's layout (or the clutter)
Instalation:
Just insert the plugin in the <Morrowind/Data Files> directory, and activate it through your mod manager of preference.
