The original mod is needed for the meshes. Signposts Retextured
Allow the upscaled textures to overwrite the main mod.
Cathedral Assets Optimizer on the Skyrim SE Nexus page can be used to reduce the size further, if desired. Use the TES5 profile.
Yes, the dds files have the spelling backwards but they appear in-game correctly
