hotfix for fatigue effects

fixed fatigue effects finally this time

Now has run dodge, run and jump attack boosts, If not in sneak block you will get -50 block, to prevent auto blocking only if 60+, get auto block reflexes. Changed attack to Base+50 Fatigue+50 Has Regen for HP, MP. only Vanilla Regen with out resting.

Fixed jump attack booat appearing when stand still.

Changed fatigue fosts for running, attacking and swimming. Attacks cost half as less and running cost less to in order to compensate the base penalties. Swimming now costs more fatigue.

Fixed Dodge iframes and Not Blocking Spells. If you jump while standing you get no iframes and vulnerable but have strenght boost runnings jump give you iframes while in air. Not blocking now reduces 50 block. Train block skill for auto parry reflexes.

Removed dash cuz it is buggy. If you need speed fatigue only. Increase Jump Dodge and Sneak Block Chance.

Added Block Parry Boost by sneaking, and dodge by jumping. Use this with fatigue effects or not you can use with the optional plugin down there instead, don't forget the fatigue effects update too

Fixed numbers, lowered base modules fortify to 30. For a challenging start, Full fatigue still gives +50, Run Costs Lowered, Balanced Hand to Hand Fatigue + knock down damage. Try this one and tell me which ones better. I prefer this,

Fixed fatigue drain when running, last plugin didnt drain fatigue when running i didnt want that.

Added climbing just draw your fists on a wall, thanks to script by KindiEqnx

Fixed Jump Dodge and Sneak Parry. You get 50% chanch to block and dodge when jumping away or sneaking when attacked.
Added Jump Dodge attack, if you jump dodge torward an enemy and attack you deal lil xtra dmg. Added faster climbing script. -
Now KBC has climbing, Jumping Dodges, Jumping Attack boosts, Dashing, Dash Attack boosts, and Blocking....

Balanced out dash numbers drain and dash time. You now get limited amount of dash per use. Use wisely. Script was bugged on the last file. More Dash time and Dash Attack DMG increases every 25 points of Athletics.

Changed fatigue costs, Run longer,more attacks, but jumping and blocking will drain more.

I changed the base fortify attack to 30, but still leaving the fatigue effects at 50. So you will miss a lil bit, tell me what you guys rhink.

Changed some values, Hand to Hand does fair fatigue and health damage now, before was too much. Sprint takes lil less fatigue now.
