Fatigue is a way of life now, your speed and agility now depends on your fatigue, getting bonus' for managing it and penalties for running out of fatigue.

Combat is now less miss and constant hit unless your fatigue is low then you will mess up attacking
Regeneration is now way quicker than before but costs way more to attack, jump, sprint, and block. 

 How the Fatigue bar works 
Everyone gets a 50pt fortify attack regardless of fatigue. But at a full bar of fatigue you get an extra 50pts on top of that with a 25pts boost for speed and agility. But the extra buffs will wear out when you are 50% throughthe fatigue bar and also will drain your speed to 25pts. The penalties will wear of when you regain fatigue. Zero Fatigue will drain some stats too beware, manage wisely. Potions are now useful.

Jumps
Jumping away or toward an enemy now has has attack and strength boost but opens you to move damage.

Sneak Blocks
You get 50 fortify block in sneak but speed is lowered a bit. If not in sneak block mode is lowered to zero and you are more open to attacks. unless you pass 50 then you get auto blocking due to reflexes.

Climbing
Draw your fists toward a wall and look up in an angle and walk slowly to climb, you can jump toward a wall and climb middair too. Replaces levitation for non magic PCs

Run Dodge
When now running you get minor dodge bonus so standing still will leave you open to attacks. Run and jump is a good dodge strategy.

Health and Magicka Regen
Has the vanilla rate regen without resting

Adapted From KindiEqnx's climbing mod's alternative plugin. I just removed a message box and added to mod to mine. Hes the creator.

update 7/13/2021
Now when not in block mode you cannot auto block unless you got 50+ block skill that means you are open to damage all the time. Running now gives minor dodge effects and attack boost. Jumping will now not give you dodge only attack and a strength boost in air meaning jump attacks are risky. Added Health and Magicka Regen now the regen rate is same as resting in vanilla. One hour time will give you some back. Potions are still useful now cuz health and fatigue and mana are hard to get by in hard fights.
