About this mod
It puts a Tome of Spellmaking and a Hammer of Enchanting in each Mage's Guild. It works like an NPC spellmaker or enchanter except it costs magicka instead of gold.

The Tome of Spellmaking & The Enchanting Hammer
The Tome of Spellmaking allows to make spell using magicka instead of gold.
Similarly, the Enchanting Hammer allows to make simple incantations with the magicka or to boost the Enchant Skill level.
The items are free to use in the Mage Guilds.
The Tome of Spellmaking has been made by ManaUser and included as part of the minimods.
The Hammer has been made by me.
