this mod seems to be colliding with some land in its cell, it cant be a mod unless tamriel rebuilt edits the same spot that this mod inhabits, there seems to see a hill that you can clip into right next to the door, ill do some fiddling with load order to see whats up here

Id like to return and state that the issue has been resolved by lowering this mod on my load order, just in case anyone has any issues akin to me

I love it!! I have a roomy house and lots of exterior chill zones where I can have my companions wait (and starve to death wahahaha) I'm thinking of adding on to your house, seeing how it is well done, a boat script like stormriders for the rowboat on the docks that teleports back home only, Just scrap it and add to the house. So doesnt conflict with stormrider. But the quest dude....bravo!! I use that levitating ghosts mod and when Davier floats off is just so memorable. You deserve a Kreeps' Addon. Forever in my modlist til 2099

I was worried about Davier, when testing the mod the AI acted strange a few times. Glad you liked it.

Got the idea from the story of David Copperfield. Poor people really used to reuse stranded boats as houses in the old days.
Looked like an interesting way to do a house mod.  Here are some interesting photos.

Very cool, a unique look with just an .esp.

Ooops, seems to be a problem. New game, Fargoth asks me if something is too heavy, not about his ring. Definitely this mod doing it.

That fixed it. Any chance of an Aesthesia groundcover patch?

No problem, I can just disable the floaters.

Very creative and cozy. One of the coolest house mods ever made for MW.

      So pleased you like it.
The interior was a task being so tight and not being able to see through the ceiling.

Hats off to you for a player home that does not use "standard" structures.

I enjoy finding new ways to use vanilla stuff. Got the idea from a Dicken's book.
People really used old boats this way. Uploaded a photo of one.

      Thanks.
