UPDATE 1.1
Friends & Frens update. M'Aiq is a better companion.
M'Aiq has many new truths to reveal depending on where he is.
Mini-quest with a new book
Island glow-up by Glittergear

Only an idiot would stay on a rock, with a chair and a fishing pole; and hope to survive.
M'Aiq may be a liar, but he's not an idiot.

There's enough to survive on his rock:
access to wood and kresh
  • a tent
  • a firepit
  • a skooma pipe
  • a lovely spot to smoke and ponder
Glittergear has overhauled the island further, making it a lovely place to stay.

Other features:

  • M'Aiq has new truths to reveal
He will make comments similar to those in other Elder Scrolls titles
He will say different things in different places
He will refer to lore from other mods (Ius, Vernaccus...)
  • M'Aiq will now walk around his island
  • Get Fishy Sicks if you can find the recipe
  • M'Aiq is a fully-fledged Friends & Frens companion: he levels up, leans new skills, and has all the basic companion features.

Topics M'Aiq discusses:
Akatosh, Alembic, Arche-Mage, Ash storm, attributes, boat, childhood, becoming a lich, Chuck, cliff racers, combine magic, destroy a building, dragons, dual casting, Emperor Crab, fables, fast travel, fishies, followers, friends, horses, Ius, levitate, limbs, mounts, moving corpses, Mudcrab, multiplayer, Mystery of the Dwarves, naked liches, not an idiot, nudity, people, Rishajiit, rope climbing, Sara Shenk, Scourge, Shal, Shrine of Boethiah, skooma, Skoomaesthesia, slaughterfish, soul trap, swing a staff, talking mudcrab merchant, target practice, tent, Twin Lamps, Vernaccus, war, weapons, weresharks, werewolf
