I really liked the original Seyda Neen Manor House by LordGermanicus666, but a few minor flaws kept me from truly loving it. This mod overhauls the house, keeping much of it's original appearance while greatly expanding on it's aesthetics.

A lovely walled yard
Expanded docks
A basement with plenty of storage
Guest house with balcony overlooking the sea
