The Great Wizard Fantasco is a short quest mod designed for low level characters. The quest is primarily dialogue focused rather than combat, but there are options for fighting during it. And you might even run across a little secret if you try to murder-hobo your whole way through things....
You'll find a new shop on the road north of Pelagiad. Speak to the Dunmer outside to start the quest.

Install
This mod just uses vanilla assets, so no extra requirements. Either install it with a mod manager of your choice, or put it in your Data folder.
I recommend downloading Fortify MAX. The mod will work fine without it, but having Fortify MAX will let you get the full benefit of one of the possible quest rewards.
