Description: Changes races so that their only difference is resistances, with an additonal fun thing for the Khajiit and Argonians, as recompense for not being able to wear boots. Changes birthsigns to give either a +5 attribute bonus, or a +10 skill bonus. All race/birthsign powers and spells are removed.

Requirements: MWSE for Khajiit Fall Damage Reduction. Other changes are functional without.

Compatibility: Won't be compatible with other mods that change races and birthsigns. Mods that add races may not be balanced with this one. Edit the config to add the IDs of any added Khajiit races that you want to have Fall Damage Reduction.

Explanation: Morrowind heavily punishes making poor race/class combos. This is most apparent with mages and magicka multiplier, where it is nearly a requirement to pick one of the three races with a magicka multiplier and one of the three birthsigns with the same. My preference is for race choice to be more for flavor, and for birthsigns to make a smaller difference. As such, I have made all the races have the same attributes (40 across the board), and no skill bonuses. You can then use this as base for customization using CREL.  I have also removed all race and birthsign powers and spells, since I hate using them, and powers contribute to the 5 minute adventuring day problem. Each race has been given a passive defensive resistance, with the baseline being 25%. Khajiit and Argonians get additional features, to make up for their inability to wear shoes.

Details:
Races:
    Argonian:     Resist Poison 50% (Increased from baseline, since poison damage is rather rare.)
            Amphibious: Waterbreathing, Swift Swim 20 (Yes, this breaks a particular Temple quest, but there is also a well known workaround usable by the clever Argonian.)
    Breton:        Resist Magicka 25%
    Dark Elf:     Resist Fire 25%
    High Elf:    Resist Paralysis 25% (inspired by Daggerfall)
    Imperial:    Resist Shock 25% (Done to make the elemental damage types more comparable, with one race resistant to each. Only lore justification I have is the name Talos Stormcrow.)
    Khajiit:    Resist Frost 25% (Fur has its advantages)
            Cat Leap: Jump 2
            Fall Damage Reduction: Implemented via MWSE. Halves fall damage, and blocks it completely if the result would be less than 5 damage.
    Nord:        Resist Frost 25%
    Orc:        Resist Magicka 25%
    Redguard:    Sanctuary 5 (Functions as a 5% increased chance to dodge attacks. Reduced from baseline, since this applies to all weapon attacks)
    Wood Elf:    Resist Common Disease 75% (Increased from baseline, since diseases aren't directly damaging. Considered increasing all the way to 100%, but I don't want to completely remove that element of gameplay.)
Birthsigns:
    The Warrior:    Fortify Strength 5
    The Mage:    Fortify Intelligence 5
    The Thief:    Fortify Agility 5
    The Tower:    Fortify Security 10
    The Ritual:    Fortify Mysticism 10
    The Steed:    Fortify Athletics 10
    The Apprentice:    Fortify Alteration 10
    The Lady:    Fortify Speechcraft 10
    The Lover:    Fortify Marksman 10
    The Shadow:    Fortify Sneak 10
