Adds a lovely small home to Balmora with a great view of Odai river by the eastern watchtower, perfect for any up and coming adventurer. You will have to speak to Freyan Vensill in the Balmora council manor to purchase the house for 3000 septims.
This is my first ever Morrowind mod, I hope you all enjoy! So please feel free to suggest any ideas that could make the mod better. My future plans are to make the house upgradable like Oblivion or Skyrim houses.
--INSTALLATION-- Just drop the esp in your data files folder
--COMPATIBILITY-- This doesn't touch anything other then add the building. This wouldn't play nice with anything that edits Balmora in a major way
--LEGAL-- Morrowind, its assets and the construction set are property of Bethesda Softworks
