This changes the 4 textures used for the cursor: tx_cursor.dds the normal cursor cursor_drop.dds shows up when dropping an item in the place of the cursor cursor_drop_ground.dds shows up when dropping an item on the ground tx_cursormove.dds shows up when resizing menus
the new cursors are 512x512 but morrowind will scale them down to 32x32 like the original cursors
As it only changes the textures so it should be compatible with any mods (unless it's another cursor mod). Tested it on OpenMW and I think the cursor goes out of bounds in the space it's given, so I guess not compatible with it.
