This weapon is inspired by the legendary artifact found in the Mithgar novel by Dennis L. McKiernan titled Dragondoom. If you haven't read it, I highly recommend you go read it. Now.
This mod contain a single weapon, a Sixth House Bell Hammer. It has been enchanted with the following Constant Effects: Fortify Attack: 20 Silence: n/a Drain Attribute: Intelligence: 20 Drain Attribute: Wisdom: 20 Blind: 20 Fortify Attribute: Strength: 20
The Kammerling can be found in the Sixth House base in the Ilunibi caverns near Gnaar Mok, the first Sixth House base you are sent to during the Main Quest. It can be found lying before the central shine in the same chamber occupied by Dagoth Gares.
Or you can use the console to add it directly to your inventory. player->additem "TMP_Kammerling" 1
The idea with the weapon is that it powers your ability to attack by sending you into a berserker-like frenzy (it's literally powered by rage in the novel). So it fortifies your attack and strength but leaves you weakened in intelligence and wisdom and unable to see clearly or focus enough to cast spells while under its effect.
Any mods that make changes to the Ilunibi caverns may conflict with the mod, otherwise it should be fine.
