A small altar tucked away inside the Telvanni Council House's Temple Chambers holds the soul of a Daedra bound to do the bidding of mortals. For a small blood sacrifice, it can give you hints for the location of a Daedric weapon of each type. The hints typically point you towards a weapon that isn't currently owned (by anyone living), and I try to make the locations unique, so you aren't returning to the same place if you're trying to collect them all.
I mostly made this for myself, since I never remember where any of the Daedric weapons are, but I feel kind of bad just searching it up on the UESP wiki. This way, I can get some hints as to their whereabouts and not feel like I just cheated. Hopefully all the hints I wrote are clear enough to give you some guidance as to where to look, without needing to resort to the wiki.

Compatibility

Doesn't edit any of the surrounding interior, besides one corner of a single room.
Probably not compatible with any mods that substantially edit the interior of 'Telvanni Council House, Chambers'.
