Balancing the birthsigns is hard. They're all so varied in many different, weird ways that it's impossible to balance them without completely changing it all. Obviously people have still tried, because frankly the vanilla birthsigns leave a lot more to be desired. Some people's idea of balance is to nudge the strengths and weaknesses of everything to be more similar, while still keeping it all unique. Me? My idea of balance is to make everything so ridiculously powerful that nothing can really be considered outright "useless".
Just start a new game to check the changes, it shouldn't take long unless you have a mod that makes the character creation sequence lengthier. Old saves should work too, since the new spells/abilities/powers are part of the birthsigns.
Installation: Extract the archive in your Data Files folder. Simplicity itself.
Compatibility: Not compatible with mods that make changes to the vanilla birthsigns, one will overwrite the other depending on load order.
