Man this is great for any unarmed character playthrough, My only suggestions would be to add the unarmed skill into the calculation if its not already. And secondly to add an animation where your leg pops up real quick.
Hmm. That's strange. I'm currently using shift+s to kick (bascially sprinting backwards) but for some reason it wont work with any of the numbered hot keys.

Works like an absolute charm, and is a lot of fun, thanks! I don't know if it's possible, but if it is, you could consider adding the knockdown effect as well as the knockback. Seems more natural that way
