   Oh my, simply disable Tribunal master file in the launcher and you're good to for a game without Tribunal Expansion.

      You seem to have missed "and disable all the mods that have Tribunal.esm as a requirement" part in your comment.

   Will this work if I install it midgame?  I've had the DB assassin attacks, but have not reported them to the guards or done anything else with the expansion.  I figure it's probably too late, but thought I'd check and see anyway.  Either way, thanks for making this mod!

      It will not work if installed midgame.
