This mod adds 6 spell tomes to Jobasha, proprietor of "Jobasha's Rare Books" in Vivec's Foreign Quarter.
Each tome provides a permanent buff to its respective school of magic, and can be bought for a fair price.
Compatibility
This mod should work with all mods. However it should be noted that users of Morrowind Rebirth should refrain from using this, as the Tomes are already included in that project.
Installation
Install this plugin by moving the files into your Morrowind/Data Files folder. Don't forget to activate the esp in the Morrowind launcher, then you are good to go.
