I'm in the process of moving all of my planetelderscrolls mods from modhistory to nexusmods.
This is done mostly for the sake of history and keeping them alive...
The new guard helms can be bought in Fort Pelagiad and in Moonmoth.
There are also some laying around for cunning thieves to get...
The Duke and Templar helms, are hard to get, not sold by anyone in
the province, since they are to be worn by only the Duke's Garrison
and by the Knights.
Well, some smugglers in Hla Oad might have another opinion about this.
