The Lord's Mail is an ancient cuirass of unsurpassable quality. It grants the wearer power to absorb health, resist the effects of spells, and cure oneself of poison when used. It is said that whenever Kynareth deigns the wearer unworthy, the Lord's Mail will be taken away and hidden.

The Lord's Mail, sometimes called the Armor of Morihaus or the gift of Kynareth, is an ancient cuirass of unsurpassable quality. It grants the wearer power to absorb health, resist the effects of spells, and cure oneself of poison when used. It is said that whenever Kynareth deigns the wearer unworthy, the Lord's Mail will be taken away and hidden for the next chosen one. ~EUSP
The in-game description of the lord's mail is contradictory to the actual in game enchantment. Previous inclusions of the lord's mail had a regeneration effect instead.
The Creation Club version on Skyrim Special Edition has a *constant* drain health enchantment of 3 points to all enemies in 10 feet. Instead of being constant I set it to target for 30 seconds, the same duration as it's reflect enchantment, and gave it the 3 points in 10 feet drain health enchantment.
This mod only affects the enchantment of the item, which is stored separately from the mail itself, so it should be compatible with any retextures.
This will make the fight with Furius Acilius a bit harder
