Hi everyone!

I created this mod because I wanted to make a big, ostentatious home for my character on the beautiful Bitter Coast. It uses both Dunmer and Imperial influences in its architecture, and is staffed by members of both races. (guards and housekeepers).
Using only vanilla assets, there's nothing lore- or immersion breaking going on here. Just a big, nice keep to rest your laurels after a day of world-saving or monster-whacking.

The palace is located off the Bitter Coast. To get there, travel to Hla Oad. Head North for a few paces, and you will notice some wooden planks and stepping stones leading off-shore. Follow this path, and you'll see a large stone bridge, followed by another stone bridge. Cross these, and you will have arrived at the palace.

To purchase the palace, head to the pawnbroker in Balmora, Dralasa Nithryon (Head down the stairs and to the left after you arrive in Balmora by Silt Stider). You can buy the deed from her using the normal 'barter' window for a base price of 20.000 gold. Read the deed to find out where you can find your key. If you'd rather just have the palace for free, you can also just head to the location and pick the key up without paying for it. Your choice :)
Below, I'll describe where you can find it, in case this is how you wish to do it.

Head to the two bridges stone bridges leading to the castle, as described before. Under the second bridge, you'll find a sunken chest. Swim down to it and take your key from it.

I encountered a bug that elevated the fast-travel platform in Hla Oad, causing the shipping lady to drop into the water. This has now been fixed, I've just uploaded the new file. If you've already downloaded it, I recommend replacing it with this new file.
