Adds Telvanni Dust Adept armor to Morrowind. Based on Bethesda concept art. A dust adept and his hound can be found in Molag Amur 11 ,3 just west of the coast wandering around the sulphur pits and another just west of the mountain range separating the Grazelands and Ashlands along the northern coast near Zergonipal. The armor, a staff, a light staff and some lanterns can be bought in the Telvanni towns from those that sell such things. Will have to travel a bit to find all the items.
