Storm Atronach retexture... v2.0

Retexture for the storm atronach and his lightning effect also Lightning Shield and Lightning bolt textures are included...
If you have other vfx replacers installed,you can omit to install mine .....your choice.
I just wanted something to improve vanilla fx..

This gives the storm atronach a new skin with bump and specular maps,and a glow map for his eyes....He now has more particle effects.....dust and an extra set of floating rocks,plus a new electric effect texture.

To Install,drop Data Files into Morrowind Directory,overwrite when prompted,
