More magicka potions
A very simple mod that, for each NPC and each container with Restore Health potions, adds the same amount and quality of Restore Magicka potions.
This include restocking merchants and Guild Supply chests.
Installation
Since the mod touches many places with a minor change to avoid problems put it very high in the load order. The best would be just below your esm files.
Doing so, if another mod changes the same container or NPC you may miss the Restore Magicka potion, but you will not miss the probably more important new item from the other mod. Otherwise use delta plugin.

The potion icons you can see in the screenshots come from the Erasmus' mod "Potions & Scrolls."
