The model was made orginally by the Symphony Team (and was definitely inspired by concept art) but has been edited and retexured by XeroFox to better match vanilla aesthetics.
Higher quality than the vanilla model but fits still well with the rest:)
A patch for Creeper the Scamp is also available as an optional download (check the screenshots to see how it looks).
Little side note
This model also has new animations: the ears are animated and they'll flap around when he's attacking and running :P
