Installing isn't that complicated. Install OpenMW, extract Starwind to a separate file. Link the starwind file location in the openmw.cfg textfile. The openmw.cfg text file defaults to your /documents/mygames/openmw. Ctrl+F in the text document type "data" then find the section that links to your Morrowind game data files. Under the Morrowind data files location Type data=" " in between the quotes put the location you extracted Starwind to.
Don't extract Starwind to your Morrowind data files. I keep my data files in /documents/mods/starwind mods/starwind/data files
Thank you so much Stray0rabbies, for whatever reason the official install guide for Starwind confused the hell out of me, but your brief list of instructions made perfect sense.
I can't find a single guide that actually tells me what to do and I am so confused, no matter what I do starwind wont show up in openmw for me to enable it
I haven't beaten this yet, but base game is likely at least ten to fifteen hours if you do a lot of the content. With submods and the official expansions Starwind becomes a full blow open world game.
This mod is awesome. It’s Morrowind in all it’s beautiful janky glory in a custom made Star Wars galaxy. Feels like if Kotor was a first person RPG made in 1999.

Seriously, how did I not know this existed?
Play it, now. If you like Star Wars, Morrowind, KOTOR, whatever, play this.
