Improves the birthsigns. Briefly; makes the Warrior and Thief sign work like their Oblivion counterparts. Also improves the other less useful signs like the Serpent and Ritual. Also adds two new birthsigns.

+20 to Agility and Speed

Star-cursed
Slightly buffs the poison, while removing the self damage. Also damages the foe's fatigue.
RITUAL:
Mara's Gift
Gives a 65 second long +20 to Endurance, and restores fatigue.
LORD
Trollkin
Nerfs the Weakness to Fire to 45 instead of 100. Buffs the healing spell and adds a restore fatigue effect.
