Old school game balance suite by Wakim. Changes quite a lot of things, but due to it's modular nature, you can use what you like, and what you don't like, don't use! See the various Read-Me files for a full list of changes.

I did not make this mod.
Back in the early aughts when Morrowind was released, a modder going by "Wakim" went through the game with a fine-tooth comb, crunched some numbers, and released this fine mod.
It attempts to balance the game by changing a variety of values and settings on a plethora of things. It's pretty comprehensive and well thought out.
