Upgrades Rethan Manor (the Hlaalu Stronghold) while trying to maintain the original layout and size.
Changes the layout of the bedroom, squeezes a library floor in between the bedroom and ground floor, adds a small alchemy room and a largish, cluttered basement.

Upgrades Rethan Manor!
The layout of the bedroom is altered, adding some more clutter and storage. There's also a small side room that I use for enchanting with a nifty curtain that can be raised or lowered at the push of a button.
A library has been squeezed in between the bedroom and ground floor. It's initially empty, but I'm sure we all hoard books so you'll fill it in no time. The library also has a small 'recall room' that you can mark - if you don't like marking your bedroom and running the risk giving the cleaning staff a heart attack by recalling in to them.
I left the ground floor pretty much as it was, adding a small alchemy room that also leads to the basement.
The basement is large and cluttered, perfect for storing all that junk that you will definitely get round to selling to a certain scamp one day. It also has some secret shelves accessed by pulling a hook on the wall. This is for your skooma.
Compatible with anything that doesn't edit the interior of Rethan Manor (I haven't touched the exterior).
Should be fine to install on an existing save as long as you haven't visited Rethan Manor yet.
I've left lots of empty space for displaying things, so grab 'Perfect Placement' and get decorating!
