Small overhaul of the Moonmoth Legion fort to make it more believable.

This is based on Izi forts. I simply removed all the edits to various forts (and translated it) and kept the Moonmoth Fort Overhaul.
The mod does many things but most noticeably:
- Adds some clutter to make the fort more believable (training dummies, a forge, a portcullis ecc)
- Slightly expands the fort
- Makes the fort more navigable
As it's usually the case with Izi's mods, everything is done with a tasteful and vanilla friendly approach.
Small mod really, but still one I wanted in my game and that I'm sharing with you guys.
