Gridmap Pack Brujoloo Edit


This work is a derivative work of the wonderful set of maps by JaceyS for the  amazing Map and Compass Mod! (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/48456)

Once I saw those maps I knew I could improve them with a bit of texturing, digital sweat and lots of time!!!!


Like the basic pack I created for the original Morrowind , Tribunal and Bloodmon maps in the Wagner style (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/48460) I  have decided to get creative again!

I just love the Map and Compass mod so now I am releasing these set of enhanced gridmap maps with a touch of vintage and fantasy touches.

Personally I feel these maps are functional and close to what I want out of them and I must say the people at the Morrowind Modding Community Discord have helped me a ton in refining them from my pretty raw original vision.

I feel there is still room for improvement (a rabbit hole of unfathomable depth)  but these are pretty good and I have tested them and feel they are close to what
I envisioned originally.

Nonetheless if you have any suggestion, idea or want to call me on an area of a specific map you feel could be improved, please ... write back! Here on the nexus

The Black Sea Pack:

Same pack, same maps but different Sea Color! I got approached by some people asking for a much darker (and higher contrast) set of maps for their adventuring, which I promptly replied to by producing these sets, it only took me a few minutes and easily done from work so why not? :) Love your feedback guys!

Gas Station Map Pack:

I was on the road today and during a small trip to the gas station remembered some of my early memories as a kid buying Maps in the Gas Station. They always came in a rack full of them and sometimes already worn out by being close to the sun or used randomly by people and leaving them behind ... so I decided to recreate something like them for these maps, you might like them or not, that is okay. Made with the same love! If you enjoy them hope they serve you well! :)

Black and White Pack:

Someone asked me on Reddit to make a Black and White map pack and I decided to create it using an idea of a cheap or mass produced map made over cheap paper. My friend loved it, and I enjoyed it doing it, so releasing here as well for others to experience!

CRT Pack:

Something I made to go in line with my CRT Wallpaper Set: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/48576 .

I like the look of oldskool vintage retrogaming so why not make some maps off the gridmap that looked like it? As usual, hope some people can use it for fun as well!

Since I can do some small edits here and there over the week I have ideas for new pack sets using these as bases which I will upload here.

A friendly modder at the Morrowind Modding Community provided me with a high res texture of paper (Hi Tobob! ) so I will be creating some with that very nice hi res texture as well over the next days!

much time in this game that I have played for many many years, sometimes
she even gives me some pointers as well!
