Thank you for the mod, I love it being just a casual house, like those that people usually have (and not a palace or weird looking box with lots of space out of nowhere). I've done myself a mod with a casual house in Seyda Neen and added a key to open it to Arill (for around 5k) so that the player has to play the actual game for a bit to get access to this feature, maybe you could do the same?
Yeah, it's pretty much right where the DH furniture store is. edit: no it isn't but it does interfere with most Balmora mods especially ones that adjust the Temple area.
Thank you! I've now added a second version of the mod called the Home Only Edition that doesn't include most of the changes to the Balmora Temple hill area. This alternate .ESP only adds the house and garden. There could still be compatibility issues with some mods working in this area, as it's a convenient plot of land to place a building, but it was an easy change, and it might help someone.
