This simple mod makes Spear a favored skill of the Fighters' Guild and Marksman a favored skill of House Redoran, giving archers and spear-users more opportunity to advance through faction ranks.

Apart from changing faction settings, this mod alters one dialogue line and one book to reflect the new skills. It is completely lore-friendly; in fact, it is already implied in-game (through savant dialogue and Neminda's comments) that the Fighters' Guild values spears and Redoran values marksmanship; this mod changes the actual game to reflect that. No DLCs are required. This is my first mod and I have only tested it with OpenMW; please comment if there are any bugs or even just to tell me that it is working correctly.
