Added OpenMW version (Thanks hokan42 for testing) Slightly moved shrine for maximum mod compatibility Fixed path grid
Update 1.2
-Improved meshes position for max. compatibility
Update 1.1: -Removed prayer book (no lore-friendly) -The stone cairn is now with ash rock textures -Remove some lights (less can be more) -Adjusted banners
I'm seeing one odd issue - there is a pixelated (low resolution) black outline (smoke ?) along one side of the fire, when viewed at certain angles. This is with using OpenMW.
I did see something similar around a fire in Tamriel Rebuilt, so it could be some kind of vanilla resource acting oddly.
I also noticed that you were using a Solstheim rock texture for the altar, this might end up looking a bit out of place depending on if/what texture replacers one uses - my rocks end up being a bit lichen covered for that reason. You might want to use a Ashland rock texture instead.
Hi Hokan42, The fire is surely some strange behavior OpenMW with the vanilla fire. Once I fixed a couple of things, I could check what happens if I remove the smoke from the fire Nif. Should work as intended in 1.1.
I've given 1.1 a try, the odd pixel edge/border/background is still present. I'll post an image to show the issue. It might be one of my texture replacers that is acting oddly. I've looked at the mesh in NifSkope but I didn't see anything obvious, so help in identifying the cause would be appreciated.
================= ps: I forgot to mention that I checked a bunch of other campfires, fireplaces, daedric ruins and other locations with fires - none of these exhibited this effect.
Update 1.1: -Adjusted flame for OpenMW -Removed prayer book (no lore-friendly) -The stone cairn is now made of ash rocks -Remove some lights (less can be more) -Adjusted banners
