This replaces the models for the Olms and Delyn statues with ones which use a single texure/TriShape. Theoretically improves performance. Texture atlas is based on Intelligent Textures, with an optional file which reduces it to vanilla resolution.
"Lazily" = there's no atlas-generating script and the UVs aren't 100% accurate.

I read somewhere once that the statues of Olms and Delyn were bad for performance because they have ~19 TriShapes. Now they have one each. I don't think it did much to improve my Vivec performance, but every little helps. Also atlases the mini versions from Dramatic Vivec, if you use that.
My atlas texture is based on Intelligent Textures so credit to Remiros for that, and also for MOP (along with Greatness7) since I used those meshes as a base.
You'll have to edit the texture yourself if you want it to use different textures. I confusingly named it "vivecstatues.dds", even though this mod doesn't cover the actual statues of Vivec the guy, just the statues of the Saints in the city of Vivec.
I'm not affiliated with Project Atlas, but this is obviously inspired by and intended to complement that mod.
I have made no effort to correct Bethesda's crimes against UV mapping: all the usual horrendous stretching and out of place triangles are kept, for a more authentic experience.
