The outfits are very diferent.
Whitered Civil War Nurse's dress
Originally thought as a vampiress dress, this whitered and dirty dress that has been used in the american civil war, people of morrowind will think you as a pauper if you wear this dress because of the odor that this dress has.
The dress itself has the stains of blood and puke of countless soldiers that were treated by the original owner of this uniform.
Lolita Nurse's dress
This dress isn't meant to be used as a serious nurse uniform, though, people of morrowind will be impressed if you wear this dress.
